Refund Policy – Surabhi Travels

At Surabhi Travels, we value your trust and strive to provide a seamless travel experience. We understand that plans may change, and our refund policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and customer-focused while considering our operational commitments.

1. Cancellation of Taxi/ Cab Booking

  • Before 30 days of travel date: 90% of the package cost will be refunded (after deducting applicable service charges).
  • 15 – 29 days before travel date: 60% of the package cost will be refunded.
  • 7 – 14 days before travel date: 40% of the package cost will be refunded.
  • Less than 7 days before travel date: No refund will be applicable.

2. Cancellation by Surabhi Travels

  • In the unlikely event of cancellation from our end (due to unavoidable circumstances like natural calamities, strikes, or operational issues), customers will receive a 100% refund of the paid amount.
  • Alternatively, travelers may opt for a rescheduled date or a travel credit for future use.

3. Hotel & Activity Bookings

  • Hotel and activity cancellation policies vary by provider. Refunds will be processed as per the terms of the respective hotel or activity partner.
  • In some cases, bookings may be Non-Refundable, which will be communicated at the time of confirmation.

4. Refund Process

  • All eligible refunds will be processed and credited within 7–14 working days to the original payment method from the date of cancellation confirmation.
  • Refunds will be credited to the same payment method used during booking.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

  • No refund will be provided for unused services, no-shows, or early check-outs.
  • Delays or changes due to natural calamities, traffic, strikes, or government restrictions are beyond our control and are non-refundable.
